RETURNS POLICY

At Equisse Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make the returns process as simple as possible.

We offer a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided your item meets our return conditions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Free from marks, odours, pet hair, or damage

Items that are deemed faulty by our team may be returned outside of these conditions where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

Full Price Items

Full price items are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the return eligibility requirements.

Promotional Offers on Full Price Items

Items purchased during a temporary promotion on full price products are eligible for a store credit or exchange to the value of the original purchase within 30 days of delivery. These items are not eligible for a refund unless they are deemed faulty.

Sale & Markdown Items

Sale and markdown items are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not available on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.

Clearance Items

Items marked as Clearance are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange unless deemed faulty.

This includes:

Clearance products
Already reduced items purchased with an additional discount
Items specifically marked as Clearance

International Returns

The above return policy applies to all international orders. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind or size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
